Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion of your personal data from ScaleFoundry

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

  • Your account information (name, email, profile)
  • All business ideas and content you've created
  • Your activity history and usage data
  • Any files or documents you've uploaded
  • Social media login connections (Google, Facebook)
  • Email preferences and communication history

Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to download any important information before submitting this request.

Alternative Options

Account Deactivation

Temporarily disable your account while keeping your data. You can reactivate later.

Go to Account Settings →

Data Export

Download a copy of your data before deletion.

Export Data →

Request Data Deletion

Must match the email address on your ScaleFoundry account

Processing Timeline

We may contact you to verify your identity (2-5 business days)

Complete removal of your data within 30 days
